Save 15% by choosing annual billing.
The CI Add-on can be purchased on top of any plan (including Free) when you need code-to-requirements and code-to-FMEA capabilities without the full Power feature set.
How to Upgrade
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Click Upgrade Plan.
- Select your desired plan, number of seats, and billing cycle (monthly or annual).
- Currency is auto-detected based on your location (INR for India, USD for international).
- Complete payment through the secure checkout.
- Your new plan is activated immediately.
Managing Your Subscription
- View your current plan, billing period, and payment history in Settings → Billing.
- Upgrade anytime — your old plan is automatically replaced and you get immediate access to new features.
- Cancel anytime — you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Seats & Users
- Each seat corresponds to one active user in your organization.
- Your organization admin manages user access and invitations.
- If seats are reduced, seat priority determines which users retain access.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- UPI (India)
- Net Banking (India)
- International cards
Invoices
- Invoices are automatically generated for each payment.
- Download invoices anytime from your billing dashboard under Settings → Billing.
- GST (18%) is included for customers in India.
Currency
- INR for customers in India.
- USD for all international customers.
- Currency is auto-detected based on your location but can be changed in the upgrade modal.
Cancellation
- Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- After cancellation, your organization reverts to the Free plan (5 seats).
- Your data is retained and accessible on the Free plan.
