Subscription Management
Manage your organization's subscription tier, licenses, and billing.
Overview
Subscription Management allows Admins to:
- View current subscription tier and entitlements
- Request an upgrade, downgrade, or seat change (handled by NirmIQ until self-service billing is fully rolled out)
- View billing history and download invoices
- Toggle the Code Intelligence add-on (when enabled for the organisation)
Pricing accuracy
The figures below reflect public list pricing as of the April 2026 restructure. Final pricing for your organisation depends on currency, term length, seat volume, and any negotiated discount — please confirm with info@nirmiq.com before publishing or budgeting against these numbers.

Tiers are license-based: features are unlocked by tier, but each license enables one named user. Seat counts above are the contractual minimum per tier; you can always purchase more licenses.

Code Intelligence Add-on
- Adds the Code Intelligence feature set to any base plan (including Free) for organisations whose primary need is code/requirements traceability.
- Minimum 3 seats. Add-on seats can be different from base-plan seats.
- Add-on does not include Slack, Jira, Teams, test management, advanced FMEA modules, digital signatures, or compliance reports — those remain gated by the underlying base tier.
To Upgrade
- Go to Settings → Billing in the app
- Click Upgrade Plan (or Add Code Intelligence)
- Select tier, seat count, and term
- Complete payment, or request an invoice
