First-Time Setup

After logging in for the first time:

Choose Your Workspace Style

On first login, NirmIQ will ask you to choose how you want the interface labelled:

  • Software & Cloud Teams — uses developer-friendly terms (Risk Analysis, Impact, Risk Score)
  • Regulated Industries — uses engineering/compliance terms (FMEA, Severity, RPN)

This only affects labels — all features are identical regardless of which you choose. You can change it any time in Settings.
